Clare & Sean's Gweedore Wedding

My first meeting with Clare and Sean was at their catering van that sits on the road between Crolly and Annagry, 15 minutes later I was overlooking the Poison Glen where we had decided to do the wedding day location shoot with sauce from the burger I ordered covering nearly every part of my face LOL Any couple who gets me to do their wedding soon realise this is my approach, keep it real, don't change who you are as I believe a falseness will come across in the final images, it has to be fun and true from the very first meeting!!

Clare got ready in Meenaleck Crolly in her parents house and when I arrived the girls from Glam by Rosie had the crew ready with plenty of time to spare. After a few drinks to get in the spirit it was time for Clare to get into her stunning dress from Wed 2 B and had the expert hands of her sister in law Denise's mother Bernie Gallagher who also done any alterations to help her look perfect. Once ready the girls were transported by Peter McClean's Wedding cars to St Patricks Church Meenaweel where Sean and the guests were ready for the couple to tie the knot. Fr Pat Ward was the celebrant on the day and being backed by the beautiful sound of Caitlin Mclaughlin they really made the ceremony special. After the ceremony we headed to Dunlewey (minus the burger sauce) to do a bit of walking and 'chicken pecks' to the amusement of the newly weds before we backtracked to the jewel in the Rosses the amazing Caisleáin Óir Hotel where James, Michelle, Chef David and the team were ready to help the couple celebrate the rest of their big day.
