Convoy Wedding || Sarah & Paul || Mill Park Hotel
Meeting up with Sarah & Paul for their recent Convoy Wedding was an absolute blast from the minute I arrived at the house until I left them at the Mill Park Hotel in Donegal Town.

Being a Lifford based wedding photographer it was a short journey for me on the morning so on route to Sarah's family home in Convoy I stopped with Paul and the boys for a quick check in and all was pretty relaxed as they were just getting into their suits from McElhinneys.
Having already captured Sarah's sister Kelly's wedding a few years ago I knew the craic was going to be good in house and I wasn't disappointed as everything was running smoothly again as the girls had just arrived back from Megan Curran's after getting their hair and make-up done.
This was the second local wedding that I've had in the past few weeks that Carina from Teambride .ie provided her services at and like the last one Sarah was singing her praises for keeping things in order.
Once Sarah was ready in her stunning dress from the Bridal Showrooms and a few pictures taken with the wedding party and proud dad Paschal it was time for Drew and Gerard from Gerard McGirr wedding cars to transport them the short trip to St Mary's Church Convoy which was looking amazing after being decorated by the team from I Do Wow Decor.
When the Celebrant at a wedding wither it be a Church or Civil event can have the guests laughing during a ceremony it makes my job very easy as I can just stand back and capture some of the best reaction images and Fr Eamonn Kelly definitely is a master at this and between himself and the beautiful music provided by Rois Kelly Music the couple were united in marriage in front of family and friends.
After the ceremony the couple were piped out of the Church by close family friend Jim O' Hagan who continued to play during the meet and greet before the family pictures were captured back inside the Church.

Barnesmore Gap is absolutely stunning with a lot of hidden gems to get some of the most amazing images so it was chose for the location shoot and once finished we met back up with the majority of the guests at the famous Biddy O'Barnes pub for a few drinks before heading onto the Millpark Hotel.
Once Sarah & Paul were welcomed to the hotel by Mary and the staff it was time for Paschal to pipe them into the awaiting guests who were enjoying the atmosphere at the drinks reception.
It wasn't long until the call to dinner was announced and everyone was treated to a gorgeous meal with the only interruption being one of the waiters fell with a full tray but to the shock of the guests it turned out he was part of the duo from the Singing Secreto who had the guests on their feet singing and dancing to their high paced entertainment which myself and videographer on the day Kerry Doherty captured with joy.
If the guests were not treated enough it wasn't long after the couple cut their cake supplied by Bernie Diver that the talented Dale Thomas comedy hypnotist had a few guests performing the Riverdance and thinking they were Rocky to the hysterics of everyone watching.
Once Dale finished up the David Craig Band was more or less ready to go and everyone partied hard until the night came to an end.
