Orla & Shaun's Caisleáin Óir Wedding

I met up with Orla and the girls at their parents house in Letterkenny as they were getting their hair and make-up done by Lisa Harkin & Karen Harkin Professional. This was one of those days that you just knew the weather would be miserable the entire day but this didn't dampen spirits as the craic was good in the house from the off. Once Orla was in her stunning dress from McElhinneys Bridal Rooms (which their young son Finn was impressed with) we got a few pics and made the journey west to the Star of the Sea Church in Annagry which Lisa from I do Wow Decor had looking amazing to meet up with Shaun for the ceremony celebrated by Fr Nigel and Fr Brendan Ward and treated to beautiful music from Celallach Reid. After the Ceremony the weather didn't let up any so myself, Simon Barr on video for the day headed for Bonner's Bar in Mullaghduff for an indoor shoot and a few pints with the wedding party. Once back at Caisleáin Óir Hotel the couple were greeted by Michelle, Chef David and the team, James had a well deserved break for a change as he was a groomsman for Shaun. This is one of those venues that as soon as you drive up to it the party atmosphere hits you right away and that didn't stop until the night came to an end!!! We even (with the help of James on Lighting and Umbrella duty) managed to get the smallest window of opportunity to get across to the strand in front of the hotel for a few pics before the couple were called for dinner :)
