The Bundoran Wedding of Áine & Jay

There's very few of us who haven't been here to in my eyes is one of Ireland's most famous towns but this was my first time in a working capacity for the Bundoran Wedding of Áine & Jay and I have to say when you actually really take in the surroundings of the Great Northern Hotel the couple's venue choice it's an absolute stunning location.

I met up with Áine and the girls at the couple's new home in Donegal Town where they were getting their hair (Elsa Green Hair by Elsa) and make-up (Sinéad McGee Sage hair by Sinead) finished up.

The craic was great from the moment myself and Kerry Doherty who was videographer for the day arrived at the house but Jay's mother Helen really took the giggles to the next level during the prep, what a character!!!

Once Áine was ready in her absolutely stunning dress from Love Ellie, Virginia we departed for St Brigid's Church Ballintra were Áine & Jay were married in a beautiful ceremony officiated by Fr Adrian Gavigan with backing music from Deidre Mc Laughlin.

I think for most people we've never witnessed a Baptism taking place during a wedding but we were so lucky to be part of this as Áine's niece Aoife who travelled over from Canada was baptised after the couple said their vows, such a special joint ceremony to look back on for the family.

Rogey Walk in Bundoran where the newlyweds chose as the location for their photoshoot and we were blessed with the locations and the weather for it.

Once back at the Hotel the couple were treated to a champagne arrival by Karen and the team from the Great Northern and from then on till the early hours it was full on celebrating as shown in a selection of images from their big day.
