Portsalon and Ballyhiernan Bay are two places I love going to play golf and fishing so it was with pleasure I headed that direction again for the Fanad wedding of Karen & Shane.
I met up with Karen at her parents house as they were getting their hair & Make-up finished by Jacqui Davenport from avante and Jade Spillane. While I was capturing the girl's morning my Second Photographer for the day Michael Love was over with Shane and the lads as they got reasdy in Downings.
Once Karen was in her stunning dress from Pearls & Lace it was a short trip to the Church where the couple were married in a beatiful ceremony officiated by the newly appointed Parish Priest of St Mary’s, Fanavolty Fr Anthony Briody.
After the ceremony we headed for Ballyhiernan for a few pics on the beach before taking a short trip to Karen's proud grandparents John and Bridget home for them to meet the newlyweds, this was so special and will stick with me forever!!!
We had a quick stop at the gap in Barnesmore before arriving at the Millpark Hotel where the couple and their guests celebrated their big day long into the night.
